These terms govern access to and use of barcelonastands.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Separate written agreements govern any exhibit design, production, rental, logistics, graphic, or coordination services.
Informational content
Website content is provided for general information and project exploration. It is not a binding proposal, final design, construction document, venue approval, schedule commitment, price quote, or guarantee of availability. A project scope becomes binding only through an authorized written agreement.
Exhibit Catalog
Catalog imagery and descriptions represent potential design directions or approved records available through the catalog service. Final dimensions, finishes, graphics, engineering, venue requirements, services, pricing, availability, freight, labor, taxes, and other project conditions must be confirmed for the specific event. Starting-price fields, when displayed, are not complete project quotations.
Independent provider status
Barcelona Stands is an independent exhibit design, rental, production, and coordination provider. References to trade shows, event names, venues, organizers, or third-party trademarks identify the event context only and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or official-provider status unless expressly stated in writing by the relevant rights holder.
Third-party labor and services
Installation and dismantle labor is performed by qualified third-party companies coordinated by Barcelona Stands. Venues, general service contractors, freight carriers, internet providers, electricians, riggers, and other suppliers may operate under their own terms, pricing, rules, schedules, and responsibilities.
Project inquiries
Submitting the quote form or sending an email does not create a client relationship, reserve inventory, or obligate either party to proceed. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for avoiding confidential, regulated, infringing, or unlawful content in a preliminary inquiry.
Intellectual property
The website’s original text, layout, visual system, and owned media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for internal project evaluation, but you may not reproduce, republish, scrape, sell, or create derivative commercial materials from the site without written permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Prohibited use
You may not interfere with site operation, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, submit malicious code, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the site in violation of law.
Availability and liability
The site may be changed, suspended, or unavailable without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
