Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
Purpose of this policy
This policy explains what information Barcelona Stands receives through this website, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors. It applies to barcelonastands.com and the project-inquiry form hosted on this domain.
Information you choose to provide
When you send a project brief, the form may collect your name, work email, company, phone, website, event, city, booth size, show dates, estimated budget, requested services, and project details. The form also records the page used to submit the request and technical anti-abuse values needed to protect the endpoint.
We use this information to review the inquiry, communicate with you, prepare or discuss a potential exhibit project, protect the form from abuse, and maintain necessary business records.
Catalog and technical requests
The public exhibit gallery receives approved exhibit information through a server-side catalog connection. Catalog credentials and upstream-only metadata are not sent to the browser. Standard hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, and security logs needed to serve and protect the website.
Cookies, local storage, and consent
The site stores your privacy preference in the browser so the consent prompt does not need to be answered on every visit. Non-essential analytics are disabled unless you explicitly allow them. The current site does not depend on advertising cookies to display public content or submit a project brief.
You can reopen Privacy Settings from the persistent control on the website and change your selection at any time.
Service providers and recipients
Information may be processed by hosting, form-delivery, security, or business-communication providers acting on behalf of Barcelona Stands. We do not sell project-inquiry information. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or systems, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the project conversation, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and legitimate business records. We use technical and organizational controls intended to reduce unauthorized access; however, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. To make a request, email rentals@exhibitexperience.com. We may need to verify the request before acting.
International visitors
Barcelona Stands is headquartered in the United States. If you submit information from another country, it may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Updates
We may update this policy when the website, business process, or legal requirements change. The updated date above identifies the current version.
